1. > Register Business/ Institution.

1. > Issue tags to any institution
2. > Receive the tag issue request from the Business/ Institution

2. Business/ Corporate/ Institution Admin Dashboard

a. Login into the system with email id and password
b. Tags
1. > Issue tag to user
2. > Request for new tags to Hvantage admin
c. Dashboard
1. > Map view to see, monitor, and maintain all the quarantine people who are tied up the tags.
2. > Alerts
  1. ■ Green
    1. ● All good and people are maintaining the social distance of say 3+ meters of distance.
  1. ■ Orange
    1. ● People are coming in the range of 2-3 meters. If a person stays there for more than 30 seconds then admin will get alert and it will be reflected on the map
  1. ■ Red
    1. ● People are coming in the range of 1-2 meter and stay there for more than 30+ seconds
    2. ● Contact happens if the user comes closer to <=2 feet. Then an immediate alarm will be beeped on user mobile and notification of Red alert will be sent to admin.
    3. ● Connectivity between Bluetooth and mobile device has been broken, then also a Red alert will appear.
    4. ● User has removed the wearable and kept it somewhere

  1. ● If the user is maintaining the safe distance, then it will show the green signal.

  1. ● If a user comes in the range of 2-3 meter to anyone and stays there for 30+ seconds then the alert will be sent to admin and an alarm will be beeped on user mobile.

  1. ● If a user is coming in the range of 1-2 meters and stays there for more than 30+ seconds, then the mobile will sound a beep.
  2. ● Contact happens if the user comes closer to <=2 feet. Mobile will immediately sound a beep.

1. User Management

a. Can trace the contacts of any COVID infected employee of any registered business/ institution
b. Can Download the contact tracing reports business user wise & can enable the quarantine feature for the infected employee & the employees who got exposed to the COVD infected user.

1. > Map view to see, monitor, and maintain all the quarantine people who are tied up the tags.

    1. ● This means the tag holder is connected with mobile and is roaming within the specified geofence area.
  1. ■ Red
    1. ● Goes out of geofence area
      1. > Get immediate RED alert for this user so that authorities can be informed and necessary action can be taken.
    2. ● Connectivity between Bluetooth and mobile devices has been broken or the user goes beyond the range of Bluetooth.
      1. > Admin will get an alert after 30 seconds
    3. ● User has removed the wearable and kept it somewhere
      1. > Admin will get an alert after 30 seconds

b. Start Quarantine
1. > Add a mobile number,
2. > Enter OTP to verify
3. > Select either Quarantine or Social Distancing (Assuming the user has selected Quarantine)
4. > Verify the detail enter by Government authorities, [Confirm]
5. > Add Quarantine address [by default current location will come, if the current location and quarantine location is different then the user can select the quarantine location from the map and mark it as a quarantine location.]
6. > Once marked, the app will automatically create a circle quarantine geofence (based on the distance meter configured by authorities), say 10 meters.

1. I) Green
  1. > The user is in the quarantine range and both band mobile device is connected. This will show a green sign on the app
1. II) Red
  1. i) Goes out of geofence area
    1. > It will beep an alarm on a mobile device and also send an alert to the control room.
  2. ii) Connectivity between Bluetooth and mobile devices has been broken or the user goes beyond the range of Bluetooth.
    1. > An alarm on the mobile will start beeping after 30 seconds and control will get an alert.
